Code of Conduct

We follow FIRST's Gracious Professionalism. Be kind, be helpful, leave the shop better than you found it.

Safety

Safety glasses on at all times in the shop. Closed-toe shoes. No power tools without certification and a buddy present.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend regularly. Notify your subteam lead in advance if you can't make a meeting. Travel rosters are based on attendance and engagement.

Awards & Recognition

Lead and varsity roles are earned through demonstrated work and leadership across the season.
