MEETING SCHEDULE
When and where we meet, from preseason through championships.
Preseason (September – December)
Lower intensity - focused on training, prototypes, and offseason events.
- ▸Tuesday: End of school – 8:00 PM - Subteam training
- ▸Thursday: End of school – 8:00 PM - Open shop / prototypes
- ▸Saturdays as scheduled for outreach and offseason competitions
Build Season (January – February)
Full schedule from kickoff until our first competition.
- ▸Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday: End of school – 8:00 PM
- ▸Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- ▸Sundays off unless announced
Competition Season (March – April)
Meetings stay end of school – 8:00 PM. Travel days are full days.
- ▸Weekday meetings: End of school – 8:00 PM
- ▸Load-in usually Thursday evening before an event
- ▸Competition days run roughly 8 AM – 7 PM
