Weeks 1 – 2 - Prototyping
Build rough mechanisms quickly to validate ideas before committing to CAD.
Weeks 3 – 4 - Design Review & CAD Lock
Final mechanism selection. Full robot CAD lock by end of week 4 so manufacturing can start.
Weeks 5 – 6 - Manufacture & Assemble
Machining, fabrication, wiring, and first drive practice.
Week 7 - Drive Practice & Ship
Driver practice, code tuning, and bag/ship checklist.
